Pretty good experience

I was happy to get the new boot for my ski in a timely manner. The only problem that I had was when I took it out of the box one of the tabs that you use to adjust the size of the boot was broken off. Luckily I was able to take the tab off the old boot and attach to the new boot so I was able to use it.

I have sent you an email regarding this. We will get that tab taken care of for you
