Return Policy

General Return Policies:

Although we hope that every product we sell meets or exceeds your expectations, we understand there are times when you may want to return a product to us upon receipt. If you would like to return a product to us, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will credit your card back the purchase price if the item is in original condition, see details below. Otherwise a credit will be given to your in-store account at our discretion (for use on a future purchase through for the full purchase price (minus the S&H costs which are non-refundable). All items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Details of our Return policy are listed below:

1) Email us or call ( (888.789.5404)  and request to return.
2) All items (that are not faulty) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned within the 14 day return period (you must request a return within this period)
3) Customer is responsible for returning item using the courier of their choice so long as it has tracking. Must have original packaging and be in original condition.
4) If the product is not in its original condition, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. This means that a customer can not drill new holes in their ski to accommodate an older style binding, or drill new holes in a binding plate. The customer cannot mount bindings to a ski and then return. In these cases we can not accept the return and will likely suggest a small restocking fee or return back to the customer.
6) Products bought and then used can not be returned unless defective, which you will then need to see the manufacturers warranty information.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the time you receive your item.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not offer you a refund or exchange.

To begin the return process you must first email us at or call us at 888.789.5404. Returns will not be processed unless you do this first step.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Custom-Made Items
Custom-Size Items
Other Special-order items
Any item that has been mounted to a ski or used in any way.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Obvious signs of use
Over 14 days has gone by since you received the item
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded for their original price, demo items cannot be refunded for their original price. 14 Days return policy for any sale items or demo products, no exceptions.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: H2OProShop Exchange, 260 Lake Flower Ave. Saranac Lake, New York, 12983.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. We do not give refunds to gifts in a cash amount. You must supply proof of purchase from H2O.

We may pay a higher shipping cost than you are paying at checkout, if you are returning an item, you will pay for return shipping costs as well as what we originally paid for shipping. Also subject to a restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost returned items in mail back to us.
