Thanks for shopping with us, orders in stock are usually shipped out the same business day if ordered by 1:00pm. If your shipping method does not have an estimated time when checking out, please allow 2-5 business days for orders in the Continental US, and two weeks for international orders. 

Holiday shipping times may vary, and we recommend leaving more time during busy periods.

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling during busy or holiday seasons. No shipping times are 100% guaranteed. Call for more info or notify us if you are on a deadline.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an international order.

Eagle products are manufactured to order if we do not have them in stock, please allow us 1-5 weeks to manufacture your product, contact us for current waiting times.

International:
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped to you. For returns, you will not be refunded your original shipping costs, this is based off fedex or USPS International rates that were paid by H2OProShop, and may be more than you paid for shipping when checking out. You are also responsible for a restocking fee and your own return shipping. We are not responsible for any delays through customs or customs charges in your country, any import taxes imposed by customs, or any other fees related to importing your item. Any dues after the item(s) leave our hands are your responsibility, please look up your countries laws to see if there are any extra costs.
