Where do I get my watersports gear?
We offer the ease of online shopping at h2oproshop.com, or you can call our retail shop, H2Osmosis Watersports Outfitters in Talking Rock, GA (which is also the location of our h2oproshop.com offices and shipping and receiving facility) at 866.213.7993. Your gear will be shipped either from this Georgia location or from one our satellite shops like the training center at Oz in Charleston, South Carolina.

What is Ride Before You Buy?
We recognize that it is difficult to decide what ski or board is best suited for you so we have set up the Ride Before You Buy (RBYB) Program to give you a chance to find the right ski or board for you. If you know you are going to buy a ski or board, but you just don’t know which one to choose, you can pay us a deposit of $500 or 50% of the price of the ski (whichever one is less) and try the ski of your choice. You have a two week trial period and if you decide to buy the ski you pay the difference and you’re all set. If you think there might be a better ski out there for you, return it and pay the $50 demo charge and then we will ship you another ski to try. You can repeat this process as many times as you want until you find the right ski for you. The only catch is that you pay the shipping costs and your deposit is your commitment to buy a ski or board from us. -

We sell all of our gear at the minimum advertised price allowed by our vendors. We are committed to offer this lowest possible pricing to our customers in order to insure that we offer you every possible break that we can. We add our great customer service on top of this great pricing at no additional cost, and we like to believe that with our technical experience we give you no choice but to buy from us. -
What does H2Osmosis Sports/H2OProShop.com offer as value added service?
In addition to your easy access to our Training Center in Charleston, SC as well as any of our knowledgeable staff, we offer several ways for you to feel as though you have gotten more than you paid for when you buy from us. We offer, one Free Video Analysis with every NEW ski purchase as well as offering a one year tech service plan that allows you to dial in your gear and ensure that you are getting the most out of your gear. We also offer product discounts to add to your large purchases. Additionally we offer frequent coupons to our valued customers to help ease the cost of following your watersports passion. Details of our Value Added Options are:
Add a Tech Geek pack to any ski purchase for $89 (normally $125): Includes an 8”dial caliper, 5/32 T-Handle allen wrench, 1/8” T-Handle allen wrench, and one set of angle gauges.
Add a ski sock and fin protector combo to any ski purchase for $59 (normally $78)
The H2Oz Tech Service Plan includes: -One free Video Analysis Session (mail or email a video and we will give you some coaching and setup tips) or one free coaching session at the H2Oz Training Center in Charleston, SC -Unlimited emails and calls to one of our friendly tech staff at the H2Oz Training Center (our tech and training Center in Charleston, SC) for setup tips for your ski -15% off of all Video Analysis Sessions for one year
